The briefings will be held in Indianapolis and Mishawaka (South Bend), IN, and will help business owners and key managers understand what VoIP is and how it can both cut communications costs while improving customer service and flexibility.CompStar is an authorized Covad partner, and a Covad VoIP expert will be the featured presenter at each briefing. The programs are intended to be informative and brief, and will provide both a formal presentation as well as time for questions and answers. Each presentation will include a live demonstration and complimentary breakfast. Information about the briefings is available at http://www.compstar.com/voip/seminar.htm or by calling 574-259-6000. The Mishawaka briefing will be on March 29, 2005, at the Windsor Park Conference Center in Edison Lakes, also between 8 AM and 10 AM.The presentations will answer the following questions: • What is (VoIP)? • How can VoIP reduce total communications costs? • How can VoIP make communicating with mobile employees, home workers, or remote offices seamless
and easy? • Can VoIP provide the same quality and reliability as traditional phone service? • How can I outsource my phone switch and eliminate maintenance charges and expensive moves/adds/changes? The CompStar VoIP Briefing is geared to managers responsible for company costs, employee productivity, and communications, e.g,. CEOs, CFOs, owners, partners, IT managers, etc. In general, if a business owner or manager can answer "yes" to one or more of the following questions, the briefing should be helpful:• Does your business have high telephone usage costs? • Does your business have 15-200 employees needing telephones? • Does your business have a high "tele-density" - a lot of phone usage? • Do you have mobile employees, home workers, or a remote office? • Are you considering a new PBX system (phone switch), or do you have one now? Some of the advantages of VoIP are reduction in telephone line costs and long distance costs, plus an increase in flexibility. Mobile workers, at-home workers, and remote offices can be seamlessly integrated into the company phone system. In many cases, the entire phone switch (PBX) and its related maintenance expense can be eliminated completely using Covad vPBX ™ technology.Contact CompStar Technologies at http://www.compstar.com or 574-259-6000 for more information about Covad VoIP or to register for a seminar.
